Hi my name is Amber and i have a strong passion for weight training, nutrition and mindset growth.
Here is a little bit about my background.
I started at the gym when I was 14 years old. I didn’t know anything about training or nutrition, i avoided free weight exercises and upper body sessions for the first few years of my training as i was intimidated.
I over came my setbacks and over the years, have done hours of research learning about the correct form, optimal programming, biomechanics and nutrition, which lead me to this pathway of wanting to teach others so they can walk into the gym feeling confident in what they are doing.
As your dedicated personal training coach, I am passionate about empowering you not only physically but also mentally. Through personalised training programs, I emphasise the power of sustainable, healthy habits. Together, we’ll sculpt not just your physique but also build a resilient mindset that fuels your journey to self love and confidence.
